It is the policy of MatchBurst.com, or any of its subsidiaries, divisions, and affiliates “we,” or “our”) to fully comply with all applicable “Do Not Call” or “DNC” laws and regulations. In an effort to both comply with such laws and provide consumers with information on how to make “Do Not Call” requests, we have implemented the following procedures. All MatchBurst.com representatives are trained in this policy and made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to place calls to consumers.

MatchBurst.com will only make calls between 8 am and 8 pm (based on the local time of the person being called). All MatchBurst.com representatives will identify themselves and MatchBurst.com when calling consumers and inform recipients that the purpose the call is to solicit the purchase of products or services.

MatchBurst.com has an internal company “Do Not Call” list. You may request, by telephone or in writing, that we stop calling you and place your phone number on our “Do Not Call” list. Although we may ask for your name, address and telephone number to confirm your request, we will accept your request even if you only provide your telephone number.

You may request to have calls stopped and to be put on our “Do Not Call” list even if you are still a customer.

When we receive your request, your telephone number will be added to our “Do Not Call” list within 2 business days. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for your telephone number to be removed from all company calling lists.

We will not call or text phone numbers that have been added to our “Do Not Call” list.

Your phone number will stay on our “Do Not Call” list indefinitely unless you request for it be removed.

If you change your telephone number or add an additional telephone number, you must provide us with the new telephone number in order for us to add the number to our “Do Not Call” list.

Please notify us if you received a telephone call or text from us after you have already requested to be placed on our “Do Not Call” list so that we can investigate the matter further to ensure your request is complied with and confirm that your telephone number is on our “Do Not Call” list.

The Federal Trade Commission offers a free service to consumers that allows them to place their telephone number on a National Do Not Call Registry. We will not call or text you if your telephone number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. You can find more information and register your telephone number at www.donotcall.gov.

Some states may also have a state-level Do Not Call list that you can register your telephone number on. We will not call or text you if your telephone number is registered on any state Do Not Call Registry.

Telephone solicitations will not be made to any telephone number that is on MatchBurst.com’s internal “Do Not Call” list, the National Do Not Call Registry, or on any state Do Not Call Registry. We may still contact you if we have your prior, express, written consent to call you or if you have an established business relationship with MatchBurst.com.

Our Do Not Call Policy is posted and readily available on our websites at matchburst.com, and you may request that a copy be mailed to you by contacting us at contact@matchburst.com

You may request that we add you to our “Do Not Call” list by contacting us at contact@ matchburst.com
